Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show. For 15-minute services, a 5-minute grace period is allowed. • No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee: If the 24-hour notice is not met, 50% of the service cost will be charged. If the card on file declines this fee, online booking privileges will be suspended. To rebook, you must first pay the no-show fee and prepay for the next service. • Repeat No-Shows: After 3 no-shows with fees collected, prepayment will be required for all future services and online booking will no longer be available. • Brazilian Wax Appointments: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the 24-hour cancellation policy is not observed. • Gift Card Payments: If using a gift card for your service, a credit card must still be placed on file. It will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated. Thank you for respecting our time and policies so we can provide the best service to all of our clients. PMU POLICY: 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 - A Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable deposit is required to secure your appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 & 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 - As a courtesy, we will send you a text CONFIRMATION the day prior to appointment, please confirm or respond asap if you need to cancel or reschedule, However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒/ 𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖 — We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your permanent makeup appointment at least 2 DAYS prior of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. — Keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment. We cannot fill that slot and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to take services. — You must arrive NO LATER THAN 10 MINUTES from your scheduled appointment time. You will have paperwork to fill out. Your scheduled appointment time is entirely for that only, not to fill out your paperwork. After 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered as "NO SHOW" and result in forfeiture of your deposit fee. A new deposit will be REQUIRED to make future appointment. 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 — Rescheduled appointments can be done at max 3 times. If you must reschedule, please allow at least 2 DAYS of advance notice as these appointments are scheduled for 2 hours. Anything within that 2 days before your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be REQUIRED to make an appointment. 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄 — You may reschedule your appointment by contacting the spa at 662-889-9571 (we are closed on Sunday/Monday) (Saturday appointments are by request only) 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐂𝐇 𝐔𝐏 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 — All touch ups are done only for EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY. If you book this service and are not an existing client, you will be charged a new set of brows fee, as your previous work was not preformed by me. 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 — For all previous work done by another artist (tattooed, micro-bladed, micro-shaded), please send CLEAR photos of your bare brows. Please contact me through facebook messenger or contact 662-889-9571 to send the photos. There are some previous work that cannot be corrected so please make sure you send a photo of your bare brows prior to your appointment to avoid being cancelled!
